Our Solar Process
Step One: Get in Touch
To get in touch please call or email us on 0492 951 628, we will then line up a time to inspect your site. This is a great time to ask any questions you might have. We ask that you email us through copies of your last few energy bills so we can check out your energy usage before we inspect the site.
Step Two: Site Inspection
During the site inspection we will complete things such as:
- Measure roof size to determine number of panels and position of panels
- Examine roof pitch/material and any shaded areas
- Check your meter box and distribution board
- Check wiring and distances
- Calculate voltage rise and create line diagrams
- Determine Pole and Greenboy numbers
- Determine best cable runs and visual impact
- Determine best inverter location
- Complete a power bill and daily consumption assessment
During the site inspection we will also run through what your expectations are from a solar system, answer any further questions you may have and run through a few products with you to help determine which products we may use for the design and quote. We will offer recommendations and advice on products best suited to your site and any ideas that could save you money.
Step Three: Quotation
We will contact you with a comprehensive quote. Our quote will provide you with a few options based on our discussions, so you can choose the system best suited to your budget.
Step Four: Deposit
Once you have accepted the quote, we will require a deposit which will be outlined within the quote. Gear will then be ordered and we will give you a expected installation date.
Step FIVE: Installation
We will keep in constant communication with you to set an installation date and will complete the install. Some installs can be done within the day, but others may take longer, we will let you know which is the case. After the installation is complete we will run you through all you need to know about your system.
Step SIX: AFTER SALES SUPPORT
